TrueBudz Hemp LLC is based in Morgan County, Alabama. On May 14, 2025, Governor Kay Ivey signed Alabama House Bill 445 into law, introducing new regulations on consumable hemp products and flower, including THC limits, stricter licensing requirements, and restrictions on certain forms of sale. Due to the heavy penalties for non-compliance and the uncertainty surrounding enforcement for currently licensed businesses, we have paused ALL SALES as we assess the law’s implications and ensure continued compliance with federal and state regulations.
As part of our long-term strategy, TrueBudz Hemp LLC will be relocating operations outside of Alabama, where we can continue serving our customers under more favorable regulations. Sales will resume once our transition is complete, and we appreciate your patience and support during this process.
